A fully automated production line

Our supplement capsule line is designed for precise and consistent production. Most of the capsule filling process — from blending the raw materials through encapsulation, polishing and packing — is fully automated. Automation reduces the risk of human error at critical stages and ensures that every capsule meets the same requirements from one batch to the next.

Automated production also brings speed. Our lead times from a confirmed composition to a finished, packed product are among the shortest in Northern Europe.

Nordic BioCosmetic encapsulates vitamins, trace elements, minerals and functional ingredients either individually or in combination. We also develop custom blends that combine several actives. Minimum orders and production scale

Production volumes can be scaled up for the needs of established brands and retail private label products. For high-volume products, ongoing supply arrangements can also be agreed.
