Custom formulation development
We develop the formulation from scratch together with you. You tell us your target consumer, skincare goals, texture preferences and brand story — our team builds the formula from there. No off-the-shelf formulas, no compromises.

You meet the chemist
Unlike many other contract manufacturers, you get to meet your chemist. Together you discuss ingredient choices, certification requirements, and technical formulation decisions.

Stability & quality control
Every formulation goes through comprehensive testing — stability tests, challenge tests and safety assessments — before moving to production. Our laboratory tests shelf life, microbiological safety, and physicochemical properties as required by EU cosmetics legislation.

COSMOS certification
Contract manufacturing to the COSMOS standard is supervised by Ecocert Greenlife, so that we can make certified products for our clients. Our laboratory team knows the certification requirements and can guide formulating within those constraints — or develop an uncertified variant if that suits your brand better.

A minimum batch startups love
Many startups choose us because production minimums are not a barrier: at many factories the minimum batch is 10 000 units, while we can run batches of as few as 1 500 units. You test the product and the market — and scale up in stages afterwards.

Full EU market documentation
We supply all documentation required for EU market entry. Where agreed, and against a fee, we can also carry the duties of the responsible person: we compile the PIF — your part for you and the authority's part for them — along with the INCI declaration for the formulation and support for the CPNP notification. You do not need a separate regulatory consultant.

From idea to product

Inquiry & meeting
You start with a short inquiry. Once the agreement is in place you get to meet the chemist — we discuss your product idea, target market, consumer, and certification preferences.

Formulation proposal
Our team builds an initial formulation proposal. You receive explanations of every ingredient's role and alternative approaches.
03
Prototypes
We make samples of the formulation and send them to you for evaluation. We iterate until you are satisfied.
04
Stability testing
Stability testing starts on the approved formulation — shelf life, safety, and regulatory compliance.
05
Production
Once the samples are approved we move into production, made in the agreed quantity, from a minimum of 1 500 units. Documentation, packaging, and logistics managed as agreed.
