Five steps from idea to shelf
Start the inquiry
Fill in a short questionnaire on our website. Tell us about your product idea, goals and timeline — you get a dedicated contact person who is responsible for your project from start to finish. Free and non-binding.

Agreement & meeting with the chemist
Once the agreement is in place you meet the chemist and discuss your wishes in depth. Our chemists select the raw materials and build the formulation from there. Different options can be tested during the drafting phase.
Meeting ~60 min on Teams or in Tuusula · formulating 2–6 weeks
Samples & testing
You receive physical samples to evaluate. Samples can be fine-tuned iteratively until you are satisfied. Stability testing can run in parallel.
Typically 1–3 rounds · pH, viscosity, fragrance test
Approval & documentation
Once the formulation is approved we prepare full EU cosmetics regulation documentation: challenge test, safety assessment, PIF and CPNP notification, plus COSMOS certification if required.
Required before sale in the EU · We handle everything as agreed
Production & delivery
The full production batch runs on our own filling lines. We fill bottles, tubes and pumps in sizes from 10 ml to 1 000 ml.

Ready formulation
Do you already have a formulation and the trade names of the raw materials?
If you bring us a finished formulation, no formulating phase is needed and the process runs like this:
Send the formulation and the raw material trade names
Send us the formulation together with the listed trade names for the raw materials. Make sure you also know the trade names of the raw materials — an INCI name alone is not always enough to identify the exact material.
We price the product
We review the formulation, check raw material availability and give you a price range for the batch size you choose at this stage.
Documentation and production
Where agreed we prepare the EU cosmetics regulation documentation, after which the production batch runs on our own lines.
